MAIN ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

SITEVI – MERCOSUR

We have been collaborating with Exposium América Latina since 1998 in the organization of SITEVI – MERCOSUR, a viniculture technological Fair

2) Forum of Technical Exhibitions – SITEVI – MERCOSUR

The Technical Training Committee jointly with INTA organizes technical conferences with international speakers during SITEVI – MERCOSUR.

3) Vinos y Bodegas Fair

The Marketing Committee of Bodegas de Argentina organizes Vinos y Bodegas, the most important wine fair of Latin America.

4)Week of Wine

The Marketing Committee of Bodegas de Argentina, counting on the support of Argentine Viniculture Association, organizes a week of diverse advertising activities in different points of sale of the Capital city and the Great City of Buenos Aires which ends at the beginning of Vinos y Bodegas Fair.

5) Wine Harvest Festival Event

This is the most important business event related to Argentine viniculture which is part of the National Wine Harvest Festival.  Businesspeople, wine industry suppliers, the media, Governors and Ministers from the Provinces and National Presidents, Vice-Presidents and Ministers are always among the assistants.

6) EVICO – Evaluation of different wines from the harvest

Each year since 1991, it has been carried out an evaluation of different wines from the harvest from each wine producing region of Argentina with the collaboration of Don Bosco Enology College, Enology College of Universidad Maza and the Centro de Licenciados en Enología (Group of Enologists).

7) International Viniculture Forum

This Forum is organized since 2005 jointly with Área del Vino (Wine Area) and Exportservice.  During this event, the most important representatives of the industry make exhibitions related to viniculture markets, trends and businesses.

 

 



8) Forum of wine Tourism

Jointly with Área del Vino we organize since 2005 a Forum about Wine Tourism counting on the participation of national and foreign speakers.

9) Forum of Dry Supplies

Since 2005 we have been organizing this forum together with the suppliers of the industry in which the latest national and international dry supplies innovations are presented.

10) Training Program in Foreign Trade for Small wineries

Together with Foundation ProMendoza, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises National Department (Sepyme), Secretariat of Agriculture, Fish and Livestock (SAGPYA), Eurocentro Mendoza, Federal Investment Committee (CFI), Banco Credicoop, Banco Credicoop Foundation and CO.FA.SE, a Training Program in Foreign Trade for Small Wineries has been created.

11) National Training in Tourism related to viniculture

National training courses are organized in each of the viniculture regions where enotourism is developing (Salta, La Rioja, San Juan, Mendoza, Neuquén/Río Negro)

12) National Advertising of Viniculture Tourism

Viniculture tourism has been advertised through specific brochures and by participating in different fairs and events.

13) Advertising of Viniculture activity

Many activities related to the viniculture have been organized jointly with companies, organizations and government offices.
